Haalifith (Pl/♂ air genasi/F18/CN), though not quite a blood, is quickly growing to such a position on the Elemental Plane of Air. Commanding a fleet of airships from his base, Taifun, he seeks to destroy all other air genasi and thus prove himself the only wind duke. Though a broad goal, he certainly holds the power to try; being the son of not only an air elemental, but a storm giant gives him immense power and intelligence for an air genasi.
