Shamans of Semuanya act similarly to the deity himself, counseling general seclusion if not outright xenophobia, and recommending all focus be on the continued survival and propogation of the lizardfolk.  Semuanya's shamans, following this belief, must breed once a season, and in fact lose one level per month when they grow or become infertile.  Many of his followers commit ritual suicide at this point, rather than continue on in a state unable to contribute to the growth of the race.
