Tactics
During Combat Queen Vlaakith prefers to begin fights by casting empowered time stop via arcane metamastery, casting as many of her initial defenses as possible: round 1, mythic foresight and quickened displacement; round 2, stoneskin and quickened protection from spells; round 3, empowered spell turning; round 4, extended mythic haste, and round 5, true seeing; given that it's unknown how many of these she will be able to cast in any given combat, her stats incorporate only the first two rounds of these effects. Once her defenses are in place, she unleashes her dancing silver sword against the most dangerous foe, and begins a full onslaught of attack spells against her foes, focusing on area of effect spells so as to end the danger quickly. Her second time stop is saved for a secondary suite of defensive spells should it prove necessary after a retreat.
Morale Should Queen Vlaakith lose half of her undead minions and bodyguards, or be reduced to half health, she immediately casts greater teleport to escape to a safe spot (within the Palace of Whispers, her reliquary), healing as possible, and re-enchanting a set of defenses upon herself before returning to battle. Far too confident to believe she could ever be defeated, and too paranoid of being destroyed too far from her phylactery to reform, she never retreats off-plane.
Base Statistics Without the above-mentioned defensive spells, Queen Vlaakith's statistics are AC 29, touch 21, flat-footed 28; Ref +12; no special saves; Defensive Abilities channel resistance +4, hard to kill, rejuvenation; DR 15/bludgeoning and magic; Immune cold, electricity, fire, flanking, undead traits

Special Abilities

Bolster (Sp): As a standard action, Vlaakith can touch an undead creature and infuse it with negative energy. It gains a +5 profane bonus on all attack rolls and saving throws, as well as 1 temporary hit point per Hit Die and a +2 bonus to its turn resistance. These bonuses last for 10 rounds. The bonuses and temporary hit points are immediately dispelled if the creature is within the area of a consecrate spell.

Fear Aura (Su): Creatures of less than 5 HD in a 60-foot radius that look at Vlaakith must succeed on a DC 29 Will save or become frightened. Creatures with 5 HD or more must succeed at a DC 29 Will save or be shaken for a number of rounds equal to her Hit Dice. A creature that successfully saves cannot be affected again by her aura for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting fear effect.

Life Sight (Su): Vlaakith possesses blindsight to a range of 30 feet for a number of rounds per day equal to her wizard level. This ability only allows her to detect living creatures and undead creatures. This sight also tells her whether a creature is living or undead. Constructs and other creatures that are neither living nor undead cannot be seen with this ability.

Paralyzing Touch (Su): Any living creature Vlaakith hits with her touch attack must succeed on a DC 29 Fortitude save or be permanently paralyzed. Remove paralysis or any spell that can remove a curse can free the victim (see the bestow curse spell description, with a DC equal to her save DC). The effect cannot be dispelled. Anyone paralyzed by Vlaakith seems dead, though a DC 20 Perception check or a DC 15 Heal check reveals that the victim is still alive.

Power over Undead (Su): Vlaakith has Command Undead as a bonus feat. She can channel energy 16 times a day, but only to use the selected feat. She can take other feats to add to this ability, such as Extra Channel and Improved Channel, but not feats that alter this ability, such as Elemental Channel and Alignment Channel. DC 29 to save against this feat. At 20th level, undead cannot add their channel resistance to the save against this ability.
