A scant few mages have found ways of creating parts of this elemental distortion through magic or alchemy, forming either &#039;&#039;dark fire&#039;&#039; (fire with heat, but no light) or the confusingly-named &#039;&#039;cold fire&#039;&#039; (fire with light, but no heat).
