First discovered by [[Omar al-Djibou]], a [[marid]] since deceased due to his exposure to this layer, this realm was interdicted by the [[Guvner]]s almost immediately following its recording. Few [[tanar'ri]] dwell here, as most are affected by acid as any being, and it is unknown if any being claims rulership of this layer. The only confirmed inhabitants are stone-shelled creatures resembling twisted versions of lobsters, shellfish, and armored fish.
