As one of the few items that can truly trim years from a person's life, the ''elixir of youth'' is renown the multiverse over, though few exist that still know how to craft it.

When quaffed, this item immediately reduces its drinker's age by 1d3 x (<sup>1</sup>/<sub>10</sub>th adulthood age for drinker's race) years.  If this reduces the drinker to a lower age bracket, penalties due to age are removed, but bonuses are not; these bonuses cannot be re-obtained when the drinker again reaches that age category.
