A product of the Quasielemental Plane of Lightning, spark dust sizzles with the energies inherent to that plane. This dust can be and is collected for a number of useful purposes. A handful of this substance, when thrown on an individual, causes slight damage and disorientation as the dust discharges its stored charge. On a successful hit, the target suffers 1d3+3 damage and takes a -2 to all rolls for 1 round.

This dust can also be used as a replacement component for Glitterdust spells, extending the duration of the spell by 2 rounds when so used, or as an ingredient in the creation of Dust of Appearance.
