Staff of Chamo

The staff of Chamo is a Baatorian green steel staff, its end capped with the skulls of 16 paladins, enemies that have stood against Chamo over the years, linked by rings of brass. This weapon acts as a quarterstaff +3, with the following additional powers. The staff of Chamo can cast freedom and open any physical lock or binding on contact, and it has a constant detect good, the skulls atop the staff glowing with a pearlescent light when any good creature comes within range of Duke Chamo.
