This earth elementalist is a powerful, yet friendly, citizen of the Elemental Plane of Earth. From his fortress, located within a large air pocket, he guards a village of humans, dwarves, and earth genasi, protecting them from outsiders while also catering to visitors in a fairly reasonable balance.
